Phillips Construction LLC is built on a foundation of family, community, and a shared passion for homebuilding. Owned and operated by Garett Phillips and his wife, Madeline Phillips, a real estate broker and co-founder of Premier Property Group, our family business is deeply rooted in the local community. Both Garett and Madeline were born and raised here, and they’ve dedicated their entire careers to serving the people of East Texas.
Together, they’ve created a seamless partnership—building beautiful homes while ensuring a smooth real estate experience. As proud parents of three beautiful children and their loyal American dog, they cherish family time, whether it’s spent on vacations, working on new home projects, or simply enjoying the company of their little ones.
